How are your products so cheap?
At Artistry AI, our credo is providing unique artworks for affordable prices. While mass produced items and products cost the same or even more than us, and customized products such as a commission easily start upwards of $1000, every single one of our products are priced affordable to make art accessible for everyone. Each product is designed, checked and listed individually. We strive to keep product prices low, and that was only possible with your continued support and patronage. Thank you and happy shopping!
Are your products really 100% AI-made?
Yes, all our products are uniquely made through artificial intelligence. We use our proprietary machine learning technologies to create unique artworks for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and all major credit and debit card providers.
Where is my refund?
We will notify you once we have evaluated the request, and let you known if it was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method.
We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

When will I get my order?
As all our items are custom printed on-demand, there is an initial fulfilment period. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual due to the current situation. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. We seek your cooperation and understanding.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
My order was lost in transit. What do I do?
All of Artistry AI's shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it’s past the estimated delivery date and your customer still hasn’t received their order, the package might be lost in transit.
We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. It would also be good to get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
I provided the wrong address, what should I do?
Unfortunately, once the package has been mailed out, we are unable to amend the address or retrieve it. We will not be liable for lost packages due to incomplete/wrong addresses.
In the event that the package be returned back to us, we will require a top-up delivery cost before we can resend it out again.
Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed?
We process orders immediately once orders are confirmed. Unfortunately, we are unable to accede to any changes in order item, type or volume should shipping has been completed. However, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to accommodate any request for changes.
Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel your order once confirmed. Please ensure that your order is correct before checking out as we are unable to revert any changes done after successful payment completion. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you offer bulk orders and discounts?
Yes, we also provide order fulfilment for individuals, wholesalers and distribution as well. Please reach out to us at email@example.com for more information.
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Wrongly ordered products and sizes won’t be eligible for refunds either. Artistry AI makes everything on demand, so requesting a size or product exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
Can I exchange an item for a different design?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
What happens if I am unhappy with my product?
We are sorry to hear that. We provide only the best quality products by curating from only the highest quality materials. Unfortunately, we do not accept any refunds or exchanges.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
